FREE VACCINES FOR LIFE PROGRAM

at Eastwood Animal Hospital

We are excited to announce that we are now offering a Free Vaccines For Life Program.

It is very important for pets to have regular physical examinations. Unlike us, pets often give no indication that there is anything wrong until a problem is advanced and more difficult to treat. Pets also age much more rapidly than people.  To encourage regular physical examinations, we are now offering a FREE vaccine for life program.

Here's how it works:

Your pet receives an annual physical examination by the veterinarian, which is currently $55, and we administer the vaccinations and deworming, listed below, for free.  The first year there is a one time enrollment fee for the program, which is currently $115.a  Then simply return once per year for your pet’s annual physical examination by the veterinarian and any vaccinations for which he or she is due will be given absolutely free of charge. You will be responsible for the annual physical examination fee at that time. To stay in the program, enrolled pets simply need to have an examination annually within 30 days of the annual due date.

aThere is a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee to start the program. Each enrollment fee will cover one pet. You may enroll as many pets as you like, but the program is not transferable to any other pets or clients. Nor will it be honored by any other animal hospitals. The enrollment fee is not refundable under any circumstances (such as moving, adopting the pet to a new family, your pet becomes lost, or any other circumstances). The enrollment fee is $115 per pet. Enrollment fees are offered at this price for a limited time.  Examination fees are subject to change.  No credit is applied for items that are declined or otherwise not provided.
